We love her very much and we don't want to lose her, but every time we try to talk to her, she doesn't want to listen to us. What can we do?

Hello Martha and Andrea, I know you are in a difficult situation but I think you have to talk to your friend and ask why she behaves this way. If she don't want to talk to you after having insisted, leave it alone and it will pass.
